An Outstanding Experience

At our Nail Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their KM Beauty Palace experience. They’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
For your safety and mine I DO NOT work over other nail artists work. No rebases/fills from nails that I DID NOT DO.
I have a 5 day warranty to fix stones and broken nails with no charge
Book ALL SERVICES NEEDED. If any type of removal is needed please be sure to add it onto the service you are needing. If you fail to do so you will need to reschedule. If there is time to add removal into appointment time additional charges will be added.
Acrylic nail full sets are scheduled for a 2 hour window. Eyelashes are at a 4 hour window. Other services are 30 minutes- 1 hour. Please manage your day around your appointment in a timely manner.
Please arrive on time. After 10 minutes into the appointment time of being late, a fee of $5 will be added. After 15 minutes of being late your appointment will automatically be cancelled and will be considered a no show and will be charged a fee.
Rescheduling/Cancellations need to be addressed at least 24 hours before hand. Last minute cancellations or no shows will be charged a cancellation/no show fee. Second cancellation offense, you will be charged the full appointment amount. If you cancel often you will be no longer able to book with KM Beauty Palace.
Scheduling an appointment on OFF hours/days will have an after hours charge of $20-50 plus the actual service charge.
Travel fee of $80-100 is charged for local event appointments plus the actual service charge. This is not included with out of state event charges, please message to discuss.
Keep in mind I do have the right to refuse service to anyone.
I am a certified and licensed by the state Nail Technician, by booking with me you agree to my NO REFUND policy.
